Edu Enrichment Program Series
- The program is for students grades 8 – 12 and consists of 4 weekly, one-hour, live webinar sessions:
The program is HOLISTIC as it addresses ALL aspects of the student;
Academics, Social, Physical, Mental, Emotional
Students learn skills, tips and tools for success in school, sport and life - It offers support for parents; students learn to take more initiative and less falls on the parents to have to “nag”. This program helps to decrease conflicts that can arise between parents and students.
- It helps with executive functioning skills; organization, time management, scheduling and planning, goal setting, adaptable thinking, self-control, taking initiative, etc.
- It helps with metacognitive skills; understanding one’s learning style and needs, proper study space and environment, growth mindset around mistakes and failures, etc.
- academic skills; note-taking tips, test-taking tips, study tips, tips for improving your writing & math skills etc.
- understanding healthy and unhealthy relationships
- understanding emotions, my reaction to situations I can and cannot control, perspective
