Jennifer McBean (Jamaica) – Executive Board Member
Jennifer McBean was born and raised in the Caribbean island of Jamaica, up until the age of 11 years old. Migrating to Canada at a very young age was difficult, from a cultural and economic standpoint.
Jennifer worked around the clock to take care of her family as she was always taught “family first”. Through hard work, perseverance and her willingness to win, she landed a successful position at one of Canada’s top banks.
Jennifer vowed to be the best person she can be, not only to herself but to her family, friends and job. With hard work in a short period of time she was able to land a top managerial position with the organization.
To this day, Jennifer continues to work for a bank, logging over 30 years of service, building strong client relationships and ensuring their financial needs. Jennifer currently has a team of thirteen direct reports that she provides her knowledge, coaching and mentorship to.
Jennifer continues to climb the corporate latter while fueling her devotion for giving back to those in need.
Jennifer spends numerous hours giving back/volunteering within her community.
